Such is the case with Colorado Heart and Soul Homes. Michael and Micki far exceeded anything I have experienced in over 53 years and 15 property transactions. From the very beginning of the relationship; focus on my needs, focus on the small details, focus on information sharing , focus on my 100% customer satisfaction and a worry free purchase. Nine days from first contact with Michael to a fully inspected (sewer, structure, radon – only way to go), seller mediations for findings/with cures and fully executed contract by seller and buyer. Amazing how much time and trouble you can save when dealing with professionals that know the industry, know the market, know their client and can stay focused on a stemless transaction. Just for the record, their recommendation for title company complimented their style – title company; kept me informed, was easy to do business with/via their portal – the closing was so short that my coffee was still “hot” when we finished! Following their advice and guidance made all of this possible. Their genuine honesty is a much needed skill for others to follow. Would I recommend Michael and Micki – absolutely.
