Michael and Micki were fantastic to work with. I purchased a home during a swooning market with rising rates and an insecure market future. They were honest about that.
None of the realtor bs – “its just a dip”. They made sure I was looking at exactly what I wanted to look at, in neighborhoods I wanted to be in, in price ranges I was comfortable with. No pushy sales pitches. When we saw something concerning they were quick to point it out. During negotiations their experience was very helpful and they helped us get the best deal possible.
I can’t stand most realtors because they always want to sell sell sell and aren’t focused on what the client wants or needs. Before working with CO Heart and Soul I had decided I’d rather use an attorney to buy a house than a realtor. After working with Michael and Micki I can confidently recommend them and will work with them again.
